Privacy Policy
Raleigh AI Works · Wake Forest, North Carolina · Last updated: November 2026
This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Contact information — if you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us about your business and its workflows.
- Site demos — the Zeus terminal and the Ava demo on this site are live services: what you type or say is transmitted to our voice provider to run the demo. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
- Client project information — if you hire us, we work with the business information needed for your installation (services, hours, workflows, and similar), as described in your written quote.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare your workflow audit and quote.
- To build, test, and hand over your installation, if you hire us.
- We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not add you to marketing lists for asking us a question.
Client data in an Olympus OS installation
Client systems run as an isolated tenant on infrastructure we operate and pay for — the phones, the AI, and the hosting ride inside your subscription. Your domain, your phone number, and your customer data stay yours: your data is never shared with another client or used to train anything for anyone else. Ownership and exit terms are in the Terms. Access we are given for an installation is scoped to the work, documented before we build, and revocable by the client at any time. We never ask for credentials by email or text. For regulated industries, we scope our work around sensitive systems (such as patient records or legal case files) rather than inside them.
Third-party services
The systems we operate run on established third-party infrastructure — telephony, AI, and hosting providers. Those providers process data only to run the service, under their own privacy policies.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small business, including secure channels for credential exchange. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of an incident affecting your information, we will tell you.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or revoke access granted for an installation. Contact us using the details below and we will handle it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
